The Customer promises to respect the intellectual property rights of the content and commits to all the relevant laws in connection to it. The costumer is not permitted in any way to publish, resend, redistribute, and/or copy and information and/or content in any shape or form to any third party and/or for commercial purposes.
The Costumer is prohibited from:
Removing, hiding, changing, and/or altering any logos within the content that is downloaded which is the author’s intellectual property, trademark and/or any other intellectual property right.
Removing, hiding, changing, and/or altering any part and/or the whole website and/or the services, and/or using the website, content, and/or the services for any purpose not stated in the Terms and Conditions.
Compartmentalising, dividing, and/or misusing any and all of the programs of the website and/or the services.
Copying, disclosing, transforming, modifying, publishing, distributing, licencing, sending, republishing, and/or downloading any service and/or information received through browsing the website and/or using the services in any way whether electronic or mechanical without the prior written consent of the Company.

Accessing the website in an illegal and/or prohibited manner and/or adding excessive pressure on the website. Sending and/or receiving spam, survey and/or contest messages.
5. Procedures of Purchase
Obaido Electric Supplies reserves the full and unconditional right, at its sole discretion, to proceed with, modify, postpone, or refrain from completing any sale or service transaction without providing any justification and without incurring any legal liability. The Company shall not be obligated to enter into, sign.
6. Methods of Payment
Payments may be made through the following methods: direct payment, payment upon delivery, or by using credit and debit cards accepted by Obaido Electric Supplies. All payment methods are subject to the applicable policies, terms, and conditions of the respective payment service providers. 7. Return Policy
The customer recognizes and agrees that products and/or services may only be returned or exchanged within a maximum period of 10 days from the date of purchase, and solely through Obaido Electric Supplies’ official premises. Products must be presented in their original condition, unused, and free from any modifications, damages, or signs of use.
Obaido Electric Supplies reserves the absolute right to inspect returned products and to refuse any return or exchange request if the products are found not to comply with the above conditions.
Furthermore, the customer acknowledges that special orders, customized products, promotional items, and discounted products are strictly excluded from the return and exchange policy and are considered final sales.
7. Orders
Obaido Electric Supplies, under their powers, has the capability to decline or cancel an order in some circumstances. For example, and not limited to, a scenario where the product intended to order is not available or if the product has been priced incorrectly, or if the order is perceived to be fraudulent, or under any other circumstance that Obaido Electric Supplies, under their powers, sees fit. Obaido Electric Supplies also has the right to take any precautions to ensure that Your identification is authentic for accepting Your order. Obaido Electric Supplies will return fees, if paid, for any transaction that has been declined or cancelled.
In the case of payment upon delivery, if the customer refuses to accept the order, the customer shall be liable to pay the delivery charges incurred, as predetermined or as specified by Obaido Electric Supplies in certain cases.
Obaido Electric Supplies reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept, refuse, or suspend any payment method without prior notice and without incurring any liability.

The User recognizes and agrees that, when delivery is conducted by a third party, the delivery time and/or shipping process are under the control of that third party and are not the responsibility of Obaido Electric Supplies.
Shipping and delivery costs, as well as all applicable taxes, will be determined in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations. The method of delivery when purchasing products and/or services will be determined as Obaido Electric Supplies deems suitable.
