Shipping Policy

Shipping and/or delivery will only be available within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The goods and/or services may be shipped and delivered either by a third-party service provider or, in certain cases, directly by Obaido Electric Supplies, at the Company’s sole discretion.

The User recognizes and agrees that, when delivery is conducted by a third party, the delivery time and/or shipping process are under the control of that third party and are not the responsibility of Obaido Electric Supplies.

Shipping and delivery costs, as well as all applicable taxes, will be determined in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations. The method of delivery when purchasing products and/or services will be determined as Obaido Electric Supplies deems suitable.

  1. Delivery Inside Amman
    •    Free Delivery within 48 hours for all orders inside Amman.
    •    Fast Delivery Service: Same-day delivery inside Amman for 4 JD on orders placed between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Orders after 4:00 PM are processed the next day.
    2. Delivery to Other Governorates
    •    Delivery to all other governorates is available for a flat rate of 5 JD.
    •    Delivery time is 1–4 working days, depending on the location.
    3. Order Processing
    •    Orders are processed once payment and address details are confirmed.
    •    Any incomplete or incorrect information may cause delays.
    4. Delivery Attempts
    •    The courier will attempt delivery up to two times. If the customer is unreachable, the order may be returned.
    5. Inspection on Delivery
    •    Customers are advised to check the product upon receipt.
    •    Any damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours with proof (photos/videos).
    6. Special Conditions
    •    Delivery times may vary during weekends, official holidays, or peak seasons.
    •    Large or heavy items may require additional time and fees  or coordination.

Cancellation policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch by contacting Obaido Electric Supplies
  • Once the order has been shipped or prepared for delivery, cancellation may not be possible

Order Cancellation by Company

Obaido Electric Supplies reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order under the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Failure to verify customer information

If payment has already been made, any approved cancellation will result in a refund of the paid amount, excluding any applicable fees.

Payment Upon Delivery

If the customer refuses to accept a cash-on-delivery order, the customer will be responsible for the delivery charges incurred.
