Return Policy
The customer recognizes and agrees that products and/or services may only be returned or exchanged within a maximum period of 10 days from the date of purchase, and solely through Obaido Electric Supplies’ official premises. Products must be presented in their original condition, unused, and free from any modifications, damages, or signs of use.
Obaido Electric Supplies reserves the absolute right to inspect returned products and to refuse any return or exchange request if the products are found not to comply with the above conditions.
Furthermore, the customer acknowledges that special orders, customized products, promotional items, and discounted products are strictly excluded from the return and exchange policy and are considered final sales.
